Current Position

Jihun worked on identifying effective antimicrobial combinations to control Listeria monocytogenes on smoked seafood as well as determining resistance mechanisms used by L. monocytogenes to overcome antimicrobial stress.  Jihun is currently an ORISE postdoctoral fellow at the FDA in Silver Spring, Maryland.
