In the Lab

Henk’s main research focused on the evolution of microbial diversity.  He was particularly interested in speciation and the evolution and ecology of microbial interactions. His work concentrated on the molecular evolution and population genetics of Listeria species.

Current Position

Henk is currently an Assistant Professor of Population Modeling and Biostatistics in the Department of Animal and Food Sciences at Tech Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
