Ariel’s research focuses on improving the quality of products in the dairy industry, specifically by developing probabilistic modeling tools to describe the microbial dynamics of psychrotolerant sporeformers in fluid milk. Ultimately, these tools can be used in industry to select parameters that extend the shelf-life of fluid milk. Ariel previously worked to characterize the diversity of fungi in dairy products using novel molecular methods. View Ariel's LinkedIn profile.
