Based on the results of the research activities conducted under this project, a two-part webinar series was hosted by the Food Safety Lab at Cornell University and the Strawn lab at Virginia Tech. The goal of these webinars was to demonstrate a training program for Listeria control and environmental monitoring in produce facilities and packing houses.
